March 2, 2012And after we had such a successful studio photo shoot a couple of weeks ago Maryna wished to continue, but this time in a more casual environment with some lovely ‘week-end’ outfits:
What a sweet little dog that jumped into he picture, no? Well, this was a coincidence, not a set-up. I love it when the unpredictable happens.
And with regards to the shoot location you already know how much I like Nicosia within the walls, where I always discover new narrow lanes and hidden corners that are ever so ‘photogenic’.
This time around it was particularly hard to choose a selection of photos for the blog, hence I presented more than the usual. There could be so many more!

February 22, 2012Yet again it has been some time that I entered some new images on my blog. I have had some lovely babies in the studio, as well as beautiful pregnant ladies and, of course, many vibrant toddlers!
But this blog entry is something new for 2012.
My mission is to help you celebrate every stage of your life and this also includes photographs of yourself, for yourself, for your partner and children and for your parents. Everyone cherishes a portrait of their loved ones.
We go through so many stages in our life and it’s always worth to dedicate some time to get your portrait taken. Capture this moment of your life. This is an amazing memory for yourself and everyone you love.
Choose your favorite outfits, from elegant to casual. Get your make-up and hair done by my professional make-up artist Marina. It will be a fun session with ever so stunning results!

SWPP Photography Workshop Cyprus
November 30, 2011I had the great opportunity to portrait stunning British model Tanya during a recent photography workshop here in Cyprus, organised by the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers in collaboration with the British Photographer John Denton John Denton Photography.
Being a mix of fashion and bridal shoot we experimented in how to successfully pose the subject, light her with flash on location, or take advantage of the great natural light Cyprus offers, which for me, personally, is always a very creative option when shooting people in an outdoor environment.
Photography is about light or better described as “Painting with Light” and there is always room for us photographers to increase our expertise in this field !

Chris & Mikaella – 2 days after their wonderful wedding
June 27, 2011Two days after Chris’ and Mikaella’s wedding we met close to the Famagusta Gate, Nicosia, to take some more wedding portraits.
We had already done their pre-wedding photo shoot in this area and wanted to keep the same environment and style troughout.
There are many lovely spots around the old town to take stunning images.

April 1, 2011Apofoitos Magazine is a bi-annual publication for the alumni of the University of Cyprus.
The latest issue features an article about the Marketing Manager of A&P (ANDREOU & PARASKEVAIDES ) ENTERPRISES PUBLIC COMPANY LTD, Savvas Gregoriou, who studied Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing at the University of Cyprus and then went to the UK for his Master in IT.
I photographed Savvas on the university campus and one of the portraits is the cover image of Apofoitos Magazine:

Michaella & Chris
March 14, 2011Michaella & Chris, this very sweet couple is getting married soon
Check out some of their engagement shoot images I took last Sunday in the historical center of Nicosia. I can’t wait to photograph their special day in June!
Part of all my wedding packages is a photo session, which usually takes place several months prior to the wedding day. This is an excellent way for the couple and me to get to know each other. They will feel comfortable being photographed, relax on their wedding day and their final album will tell a wonderful story starting even before the big day!
The images will also come in very useful for wedding invitations, personalised name cards for the dinner table and other decoration if desired.
