I’m a Richmond family photographer who travels and services all areas of South West London and its surrounding neighbourhoods. I pride myself on creating an enjoyable and fun-filled experience for you. I will capture a variety of candid and posed portraits that you will be proud to hang on your wall. You will receive delicately retouched high-resolution images.

Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Viola, a professional family photographer and a mother of three  beautiful girls. I haven’t however always been a photographer. It happened 15 years ago that I decided to turn my hobby and passion into a job. After studying photography in Wellington, New Zealand, I worked in various countries such as Cyprus, Italy and now London. I am fortunate to have a studio and offer photo shoots at my boutique studio as well as on location, whether it’s at a local park, your own garden or even setting up a studio environment in the comfort of your own home. I love organising ANYTHING(!!), being in nature, exploring and going somewhere new.

What are the dates for summer mini photo sessions in Richmond?

I don’t have fixed dates and times, but offer mini sessions whenever my schedule allows. Please contact me with your preferred dates/times and I will do my utmost to meet your request.

Where do mini sessions take place?

Richmond and surrounding neighbourhoods. 

Who is a summer mini photo session perfect for?

*You are a family of up to four.

*You would like to get a photo shoot done during one of your walks in the park.

*Perfect for younger children as their attention span often doesn’t last much longer!

*You may wish to update your existing family photos.

*You wish to try a new photographer for the first time and see if it’s for you.

*You would like to buy a voucher for a session as a present.

How much are the mini sessions?

£75 this includes:

*pre session consultation to answer any questions you may have and plan your photo shoot

*preparation guide giving lots of useful information like tips on what to wear!

*30 minute mini photo shoot in a lovely location

*secure online gallery with a minimum of 20 fully edited images live for 5 days

*Choose your favourite 10 images and receive them in high resolution digital format

The normal price for the above package would be over £390. So my mini sessions offer considerable savings. You are welcome to purchase additional digital files, prints and products but you are under no obligation to do so.

And what if the weather is bad?

If the sky is grey, then that’s no problem and the mini sessions will go ahead. In case you rain we can either re-schedule for another day or go ahead with the mini session at my boutique studio in the heart of Richmond.

What You Can Expect From Me

For starters, a high degree of planning for all my sessions: full photo shoots and mini photo shoots. In case I am not familiar with a requested location before your session, I will scout the location to get an idea of all the beautiful spots. On the day of your session, I aim to concentrate on photographing your family, not running around trying to figure out the most photogenic spots.

To help you get the perfect family portrait, I will provide you with an outfit guide (my opinion, not rules). There will be correspondence and communication before and after the session.

Not Only An Expensive Camera

Sometimes the images taken may not turn out the way we expected them to. It happens that we have bad skin days. My goal is always to make you look your best. I never want to change things that make you who you are, but I always retouch every single image for you and am open to requests for any retouching suggestions. My edits are about enhancing your images, not change who you are.

Is It Only Richmond Family Photography?

No! I also mean to include all the surrounding neighbourhoods: Twickenham, Teddington, Kingston, Kew, Barnes, Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, I could go on forever! I basically cover West- and South West London, but do also accept requests from further afield. Just drop me an email with your enquiry and you will receive a response within 24hrs.
